CERTIFICATION
Audits are our most important quality assurance instrument for packaging services. HPE ensures that these audits are conducted at all certified packaging businesses on a regular basis, using exclusively independent experts. The auditors check whether all necessary processes and standards for the HPE-CERTIFIED CUSTOM PACKAGING label are observed.
To maintain excellent quality, all audited packaging businesses train their employees, for instance by sending them to HPE packager trainings. They also have packaging liability insurance which covers packaging damages as well as resulting damages to packaged goods.
PACKAGING GUIDELINES
The HPE Packaging Guidelines describe the state of the art for packaging industrial goods. They set an international standard for tough and reliable packaging.
Our aim is to protect industrial goods and other transport goods from any harmful conditions along the logistics chain to ensure that each product reaches its destination unharmed.
